HS2 Works Notification: Notice of temporary off peak road closure on Diddington Lane, Hampton in Arden

Over the coming weeks we’ll be working near Hampton-in-Arden to prepare the route of the new railway ahead of main works construction.

This work includes vegetation, tree and hedgerow clearance and construction of fencing.

To ensure safe access to conduct tree-climbing and other surveying activities along Diddington Lane, LM will be temporarily closing the road during off-peak hours (09:30-15:30). These surveys will enable our teams to clear vegetation while limiting our impact on local wildlife.

This closure will be in place between 9:30am and 3:30pm during the week commencing Monday 23 March, subject to consent, site and weather conditions.

While the road closure is in place a diversion route will be available along the A452 Kenilworth Road and Meriden Road.

Access to properties and businesses will be maintained throughout these works. You can view the works notification Diddington Lane here.
