News on HS2 in Solihull

We previously notified you about ongoing lane closures near Northway Island until Monday 8 June. You can read our previous post here .

Due to unexpected site conditions, temporary traffic lights will continue to be used intermittently until Friday 12 June on the A452. Our working hours will be 7:00 am to 18:00 pm, but our contractors may be on site up to an hour before and after those times.

You will still be able to travel along this route in both directions.

The map below outlines the location of the extended temporary traffic lights on the A452.

This schedule is subject to change depending on site and weather conditions, and evolving measures to combat coronavirus.

We previously uploaded a notification to this site regarding the introduction of traffic management on Meriden Road on Monday 8 June to Tuesday 9 June.

This news alert is to inform you that unfortunately, these planned works have been delayed and will now start on 10 and 11 June .
