News on HS2 in Solihull

HS2’s early works contractor, the Laing O’Rourke and Murphy (LM) joint venture, is overseeing traffic management on roads in Burton Green to ensure safety during preparations for the haul road to Kenilworth.

Bockendon Road, near Coventry, is closed each weekday from 9.30am until 3.30pm until around mid-2020, as outlined in this bockendon notification.

Waste Lane, Balsall Common, will have temporary traffic lights in place to create a plant crossing point that will operate for 12 months. We previously notified Waste Lane changes, stating that these lights would start on 30 September, but they will now commence during the week of 28 October.
